Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. The full amount the buyer paid will be refunded. The buyer is responsible for any costs related to shipping the item back to the seller. The location that the buyer must ship it back to is in the seller's (Memes on Shirts) discretion. The money will only be returned once the item has been delivered back to the supplier of the seller. Returns are only accepted if you have proof the item arrived not as described or not manufactured properly. Memes on Shirts reserves the right to decline return requests without adequate proof of the item not arriving as described. it may take 7 business days or more to review your claim and the buyer shall not ship the item back to the supplier before it is communicated to the buyer that their return request has been accepted. Returns are only accepted for the following reasons: 1: The item arrived not as described 2: The wrong item was sent. Unless the item arrived defective or made incorrectly, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Items that have been worn, altered, damaged, or stained will not be accepted. The purchase cost will be refunded to the same payment method used for purchasing the item and in the same currency of purchase. Items that will not be accepted for return are items that have been purposefully damaged, used, arrived made according to the design shown in the photo, items delayed due to incorrect information provided by the customer, and items that the buyer has simply decided they don't want after the purchase and arrival. Order cancellations are only accepted before the item has begun production and/or made it past the reviewing stage.
